New hair

One thing about me, I am not good at waiting for Christmas to open presents or give presents. So here is one of Aubrie's Christmas presents, only 6 weeks early. :)

Aubrie turns 4!

Aubrie turns four years old today. We have friend parties every other year so this year was a family party. Aubrie wanted to go swimming. There is a fun pool in St. George so we headed south. She loves to go down the hydrotube with Aaron too, but the pictures came out blurry. She even went by herself one time, but once was enough. :)
Some things I asked Aubrie:
Favorite Color: Pink
Favorite Food: Cottage Cheese
Favorite toy: a doggie toy
What do you want to be when you grow up: A vet
What do you like to do: Play castle and vet
Aubrie was the quietest, easiest baby, but she is making up for it now! She is very busy--getting into everything (make-up, paint, toothpaste, gel) and loves to eat weird things (powdered milk, play-doe, markers). She is not the most reverent sunbeam! But she has a great personality, lots of energy, and is very happy. She is very loving toward us and loves animals. Happy Birthday Aubrie!

Trip to SLC

Aaron had to go to Salt Lake City for work this week so we tagged along. We crammed a lot into a few days. We went to the Children's Museum, the Planetarium, Temple Square, a weird art museum, and Planet Hollywood. These pictures are from the Children's Museum.

We went to Zion National Park with Aaron's parents. It was perfect weather and the colors were beautiful.

Halloween

Trick or Treat Express

This year for Halloween, Aaron's parents came to visit from Rexburg, Idaho. We always love to see them. Our neighbors had their annual "Trick-or-Treat Express" trailer that the kids rode around the neighborhood getting tons of candy. Chase and Aiden sorted and counted all their candy when they got home and tried to hide it from mom so she wouldn't eat it all. :)

At one time Aubrie wanted to be a "Scary Carrot", but she had to settle for a vampire ladybug.

Livestock Festival

We went to the Cedar Livestock Festival Today. All the kids competed in the kids' tractor pull and Chase practiced his roping skills. They had a dutch oven cook-off which prompted Aaron to make dutch oven lasagna and monkey bread tonight. Yummy!
